New York City is emphatically vertical. The buildings are jammed in close sometimes right on top of each other. In the Hamptons it is exactly the opposite. After being in the city for some time I was struck with the stretched span of horizontal space, making me feel much calmer. And not just at the ocean where the sensation is more expected but over the land too.

The fields are wide open, buy cipro ciprofloxacin luscious and deep. A tremendous zone of space hovers over the land and reaches far up in to the open sky.

Looking out on to a field and absorbing the space is the perfect counter balance to being compressed in the city.

If you can, take a breath

Warm regards,

Casey
