You would think that spending more time in the city would shift my artistic point of view away from the sea.  Quite the opposite occurred.  I crave the water more than ever.  When I finally came back to the ocean it was such a lift and a relief. What a treasure to be able to capture a little piece of a rolling wave in paint.

If you love the beach, you need the sea to restore yourself.  I’ve been keeping this little painting in the city apartment as a reminder. Each time I pass it I get a boost remembering how being at the shore can take a load off one’s mind.  It makes you happy.

Until next time,

Let's Stay In Touch!

Be sure to receive invitations to my next show and Breath of Salt Air – an image and a few words to help keep you connected to the sea.
