Sea of Lavender Painting by Casey Chalem Anderson oil on canvas
I promised to get back to this sea of lavender that I photographed last week and paint it. I must say, spending the week in the city only intensified my love for this stunning flower field by the ocean.
It’s not quite finished but after a few hours painting in the field I’m pretty buy alprazolam xanax online happy. The rich quality of oil color captures the exhilaration I felt when I first discovered this spot. Painting on location keeps the fervor of my initial reaction alive. As I dash against wind, sun and bugs while trying to get it all down on the canvas, I’m electrified.
